Take to a healthier habit. Don't trust people with that secret. Don't trust people who encourage you to think bad thoughts. It takes 30 days to create a habit, it takes 30 days to lose one. If you are truly becoming afraid of this, there is nothing holding you to it other than yourself. Work your way off of cutting. Develop healthier habits!!! Its not that hard hun! I used to cut!! I quit cuz it's not me and thats not who I want to be. You don't have to either if you don't want to!!! |

I hope you can stop this soon. I am a cutter and I am trying to stop. It is sooo hard. But at leaat you're not doing it as bad as you could be. They can't be too bad if they only stay for a day. |

im not a cutter, nor do i ever want to be. i really dont know how to help, and i hope this advice does help some. sorry if it doesnt. why dont you go hang out with some friends, or join a team sport, or do an individual sport or something. go for walks, runs, bike rides. do SOMETHING to keep your mind happy and off of cutting. when you feel the urge to cut, run, punch your bed, do SOMETHING else. sorry if it didnt help. :( hope you quit soon. love ya hon' (and i dont even know ya ) =) |

I used to self harm. I let my brain overpower me and just told me to harm. My friends found out by the marks on my wrists and told the counslear at our school. If you talk to a counselar or some other authority they probably won't tell anyone about it...mine didn't. Hope that you stop soon!
