Previously FOP had to wait 6 rounds, now we've eliminated 2 members so it means we have to wait 5 rounds:

"From the next lap, your wait number is reduced to 5 rounds (i.e. Colm can start Round 1)."
^ But Colm's last post was on Lap 2 Round 9
If he is allowed to do prompt 1, then it's 9,10,11,12,13 and then 1, so basically just 4 rounds excluding his post, right?

PLEASE NOTE: Both of the happy hours listed with times are for ALL CLUBS at the given times. Clubs also have three Happy Hours of their choice to use anytime IN ADDITION to these. More all-club happy hour deals will pop up in the next few days.

Or what if we do deal 2 (general happy hour) AND deal 2 (our own happy hour) ... then we'd only have to wait 5/2/2=1,5 rounds? o.O Or when we use deal 1 and deal 2 (of our own) together ... or when we use deal 1 (general happy hour) with deal 2 (our own happy hour) together.

Yes. Your club has three happy hours it can use at any time, and you can choose deal 1 or 2 for each. There are also designated hours from me that apply to all clubs for that given time, such as the two tomorrow.

You can't use 2 deals at once.
