Help Me Understand, Please.

I Don't Understand.
I Was Voting On A Poets Poems, There Were Like 6 5\'s.. and I Voted one A 3(Because It Deserved It) I Vote Honestly. .. And It Said Your Trying To Down vote This Poet Or Whatever.. And That's Just Rediculous.. So Someone Please Explain, Why My Behavior Has Been Logged? Because I Don't Quite Understand That I Cant Push Whatever Number They Deserve.. :/

Did you vote lower numbers before? Sometimes the site just does that, I gave someone a five and it gave me that error message lol

First I ever heard of that. If I think a poem does not deserve a 4 or 5, I comment on what I think are the problems and abstain to see if the author changes it. If not, well, voting on it won't help or hurt at that point.

I've never seen this kind of message before,
but I like you vote honestly, If I give a 3 I try and give my suggestions and critique.

I have gotten that message before when giving a low vote to a poem. I asked about it at the time and was told that if you vote low on more than one poem in a short period of time, this message will display. Since I was voting on just one poem I ignored it.

I really think it's just another glitch in the site. :/

It's not a glitch, if you voted several other poems lower ratings prior to rating that poem a 3 in a short period of time, then the site (the way it is programed) thinks you are just down voting poems; therefore, you got that message. It's nothing to be alarmed about, your rating still counts, it's just been logged into the system that you rated several poems lower and if done repetitively then your lower ratings will be removed from those poems. It's just a precautionary measure.

I got the message when I rated someone a five - that is definitely a glitch. I get that message generally everytime I spend a huge chunk of time commenting and rating poems - I usually don't vote if it's not a 3-5, so there has to be a glitch somewhere.

I agree that it's a glitch, I got that message once when I voted a member 4. =/

I Think It Is A Glitch As Well.. This Happend To Me Before To Thats Why I Was Concerned Because It Said Something About Suspending My Account.. And I Think That Time It Was A 4 That It Did It To Me. I Never Give Ones Or Twos.. But When Somebody Asks Me To Vote On There Poem Specifically I Will Give It 3-5 What I Think It Deserves. Most Poems Are 5's But A Few Are 3's or 4's Like The One I Previously Read. And Like Britt Said I Had Been Commenting And Rating Alot Of Poems At The Time Too, So That Might Be The Problem.
I Dont Know, I Just Dont Like That My Behavior Has Been "Logged" For Nothing.. Haha.

^That is why I rarely vote, I don't vote 5's all the time, I very rarely give a five, when I see the poem 'really', 'really' deserves, and I never vote 1, I vote 2 when I'm asked to vote honestly, and just when I am asked to vote honestly.

Oh, voting. I'm not sure about the message, but like the others I am guessing it was an error. Never be afraid to vote a three!
