Phone/Internet/Person

I want to tell this guy i like how i feel about him but i get really nervous around him. I'm a shy person to begin with. So i was wondering should i try to sputter my feelings out for him in person or should i tell him via phone/internet where i'll be more comfortable?

Face to face, eye to eye , epithet... he can't say one thing and mean another without you knowing all about it.

The internet would make you feel most comftorable, the phone will freak you out the most, and in person you can gauge his reaction and he cant get away from you, lol.

In person, definately.
