Question Regarding the Weekly

Are self harm/suicide poems now being allowed to win? I see they are consistently being nominated (by the same people), so I don't think they get a warning. Does a warning still go out to judges?

I asked this to the PnQ Mod account but got no response last week, so I figured I'd bring it here. ;)

Maybe this will help people not waste nominations if they are still not eligible..

Suicide and self harm poems never used to be eligible to win the weekly contest. I don't know if that was a mod rule or a Janis rule, but it's a rule. It's not really being enforced as I see right now so I don't know if the mods changed it recently. Suicide and 'look at my scar' poems aren't exactly something you want to represent our site here. The front page isn't just for us, but it represents us as well. Many people seem to forget that.

It was dealt with by PM, which is also still the policy, since we do not discuss individual's accounts with other members. Thank you for your concern.
