When submitting poems...

It adds Rs and Ns all thru my poem...and where the helk is everyone I'm the only one here

I'm here. Said you had 2 new poems, no new ones when I looked. Still can't get to love poems and I have say the only change I have seen is the front page and that is the addition of All Time Fav Poems and removal of last improvements made to site.

Whatever happened took away all the comments on a daily post in PR. So don't think you have gone crazy if stuff you posted before is missing. LOL

EDIT: I must be brain dead!!! The list of last improvements is still right where they were on the page after you log in. But All Time Favs are on the front page now.

That was really creepy lol I was on earlier this morning from home and everything was fine. Tried to get on from work and it wouldnt give me anything except images for p n q. Then I tried and there was one member on...Hey Janis :) Then he was gone too...and I am all alone, had my run of the place for a minute...Then I thought this is TOO weird...
I tried to submit a poem, it added rnrnrn all thru. Plus it wouldnt let me put it in my format and spacing..it was like a long letter.

Lol, luckily, I'm still able to access the mainboards.

I came back, I was afraid that I couldn't get back on if I left. lol I have been poking around in different places and so far haven't noticed anything else other than it seems to be a little faster than before.

I can get to love poems and the mains I see no other problems other than submitting...I'll try it again...

I still cannot open posted love poems. Get a message that they cannot be found.

If I go to any poem that has been posted using love poems as the genre, it will not display and my browser gives me an error message.

I saw the poem you posted, has those extra letters and looks like a paragraph now.

EDIT: I can now see love poems.

Does anyone know if the problem with submitting poems (that Lostlove1 had) has been fixed?

EDIT: I just tested submitting a poem and that issue has not been corrected. Even using Edit on the poem doesn't correct the extra letters and paragraph thing.

Maybe those poems were posted before the server shutdown and move. Comments, PM's done before that didn't disappear.

I was able to edit a poem successfully, it was written days ago, but just posted a poem and it has the n's and r's too.

This is going to make a problem before long with Rs and Ns in all the submitted poetry..because like Sylvia said it wont allow you to edit them out.

Yes I see the ugly brown thing, Connie. Somewhere in your browser there should be the name of P&Q or the screen you are on in P&Q and the ugly brown thing is usually in front of that name. That's the best I can do to help you see it. To be honest, you haven't missed anything. It is the letters PQ on a brownish gold background.

I managed to edit out the rn's. They appeared where I hit enter to go onto a new line.

I went to edit them out and when I did so it said I hadnt checked spelling but the rn's were back. So I ticked the box to ensure no spelling mistakes, deleted the rn's and hit edit poem and its fine now. Hope that helps

I took your advice and it worked!!!

The difference is I didn't have to delete all the rn's etc.

What I did was typed the poem the way I wanted it and before I submitted it, I copied all the text.

I then submitted and it looked shocking!

So I went to edit, selected the text and replaced it with my copied text. I then ticked the boxes that spell check was done and the poem was mine etc and it worked fine!

No need to delete the rn's which is great!

Yes, the icon.. Its font is annoying :R
