What is everybodys opinion of SOPA & PIPA?

My opinion I think it is absolutely stupid that congress is trying to change the freedom in USA?
When we were built around freedom of speech.

Actually, how did this come about, Who proposed this?

Congress trying to change the constitution?! NEVER! It happens all the time SOPA & PIPA/NDAA or just the things this year. Wait till next year :)

I'm not exactly sure how it came about. I haven't been watching it like i should. But i know wikipedia actually did shut down for however long to protest.

& I know. like wtf congress. America is already screwed up because of the failing economy!

They have better things to do..
they just scared people will be able to organise mass protests using the web like how they did in the Arab countries..some bullshit they trying to do

If they do cut it off. They won't like all the protesters & riots that will happen.

This country is already messed up enough.
