He doesnt believe me

Just shrug and tell him that's the way it is. The harder you try to impress your love on him the more he'll reject it. That or he doesn't want to believe you in the first place.

Just tell him you love him and that he doesnt need to feel like he needs to say it back. Its YOUR feelings, he doesnt get to dictate them.
