Would some one help me write a sonnet?

I've been wanting to write a sonnet lately, but I dont know where o start, i mean i know about the 14 lines and the abab, cdcd, efef,and gg part but how would i start a sonnet?

Simply pick a Subject, Topic, that interest you enough to have something to say, then shape that in Sonnet Form and mold it into a Sonnet.
