Getting into the music biz

So i was looking though all the comments on mypoems the other day and someone saud my poem sounded like song lyrics. so i was really bored oday so i was humming while reading my poem what you dont know extended version. then istarted puting the words to the tune and well it worked. all my friends say i need to try out for american idol or the voice but personally i dont think am that good of a singer. but i love music and singing. should i try tomake it in the mmusic buz??

There are tons of jobs in the music business that aren't singers, too. You could be a lyricist, a songwriter, adviser to a singer, coach...agent? Ok, so I don't know too much about it. Just saying there are lots of ways to "make it." So... find what you like to do best!
