    Well, the answer is in the question.

    You're building muscle which weighs a lot more than fat.

    Cardio-vascular exercise is the main way to keep in shape without too much muscle gain.

    Long distance running (5 miles +) or a good aerobics set.

    Light weight, high rep as opposed to high weight low rep when working out.

    What's with the need to be 110 though? If you look good and you're fit does it matter how much you weigh?

    Tiffany. Be careful with yourself, 130 really isnt that much, I dont know how tall you are.

    Anyway everyones body type is different.

    It has been proven that excersize alone does not make you lose weight unless you change your diet.

    Reduce your calories, but the best thing that I have ever seen anyone do is eat fruits, vegetables, salad, and drink water or tea.

    Did you know it takes more calories to digest plane lettuce than to eat it???

    Little factoid for you, but anyway just dont do anything stupid. Your body is the only thing that you are garaunteed, you could lose everything else in this world and still have to deal with it.

    o.O gee... why do all the skinny people say they need to lose weight... when there perfectly fine... my ex-gf used to tell me that she wanted to lose weight... when she was fine and skinny... o.O gee..
    well? to tell u the truth 130 not that bad.... it's like a nomral weight i guess?

    hey i think i have some advise.

    for one thing muscle wieghs more than fat.. so if u keep working out.. u will loose your fat then gain muscle and look like a butch mini football player.

    puking wont solve ne thing well it only starts new problems with your bodely functions.

    ill tell you sumting, i am 110 i cant believe u want to loose 20 pounds i find that very disturbing.. exxecpt yourself.. 130 pounds is not alot, loosing that wieght could drain the color in your face and could make you look sick. i eat soo much and dont gain a thing. u need to realize that what your doing to your body is wrong. trying to work off 20 pounds to look good is absolutly outragious. but see this is just my opinion..

    would u rather wiegh 130 or 500? if u think your getting chubby.. look around you. 130 pounds is not alot.
