    I doesent help.....You got to check that the pic is in the right format, or whatever it is named....like jpg, gf, jepg, etc....if it isnt it wont help what ever you do...:)

    Ok, the file format is odd and won't open for me.

    If this is a scanned image re-scan and save as as .jpg or .jpeg (lower case)

    If it's from a digital camera or web cam find the file open it with a photoshop program and again, save as a .jpg or .jpeg.

    I have to go, back in an hour or so. If you haven't sorted it by then I'll do it for you.

    It has to be a small size, the size it tells you it has to be, and the file has to be below the limit aswell. xxx
