What are the Best Poetry Forms, employing either Meter, Rhyme, and/or Repetition???

Neither, to me it is all about
The words and imagery.
It could stringently follow Iambec pentameter, it could be an Acrostic with perfect rhyme.
However if the words used do not inspire us then it has failed as a poem. We should be able to feel what the poet is trying to tell us.
That's why I have no preference for form and rhyme over free verse.
