Avatars?

Hi, I just had a quick question, I'm a bit confused. When changing profile pic on here it says the photo must be your own. My pic right now is of Beauty and the Beast, would that be a penalty to keep using it or do I just need to cite the website I got it from?

I think you can just use it... I don't think it's moderated unless it's offensive/revealing :)
