help with relationship.. desperate plz help

ok well if you've read any of my previous posts you would know that me and my boyfriend do argue quite alot but i do love him more than anythin, lately is been getting way too much for me to handle and i really dnt know what 2 do about it, the other night we got in2 an argument and he started really shouting at me and swearing at me and although he isnt usually like this he did actually really scare me he reminded me of my dad an had me crying hysterically, ive been beginning 2 wander whether i would be better off without him but if i ended things with him i dont think i would cope i would really appreciate any comments or suggestios of what you would do..thanks xxx
