    I usually sit in my room in the dark thinking of everything that's gone wrong in my life. I live with a smile everywhere, most of the time I am happy but sometimes it all changes.

    Maybe because you sit in your room in the dark you get more depressed. If you just try to smile because of the little things eg. friends (however little you have) seeing them smile, that must bring some happiness to you. Maybe instead of sitting in the dark, don't, go out with your friends and enjoy yourself, go exercise (that always makes me feel better), write about your problems, or talk about them, instead of just sitting there feeling upset in the dark, try and sit in the light and figure out how you could improve your life and the future. I don't know, I don't know you so I don't know how bad it is, but I hope things improve. xxx

    Ok, well if you are having depressing thoughts about life and you're lying thinking about them, instead of just thinking how bad they are think about how to target them. xxx
