Its proberly just hormones, mood swings and bad temper. I know you've proberly heard this a million times, but try counting to ten, or thinking of something that always makes you laugh, and breath deeply and slowly. Make sure you don't hold these feelings in and let them build up, write them down in poetry etc. and do not hold your tears, let them out, its good. Hope things get better xxx |
