i know what i am feeling but i dont know how to write it out!

I am feeling confused and low, lost without love, wanting love, but i dont know exactly where and how to start....i feel that i am no longer able to write my feeling like i was able to ago...pls help!

Pen to paper,
Word for word,
Thoughts that I'm thinking,
Emotions are stirred,
Loss for words,
Yet low and lost,
Without sweet love,
And no one to trust......

thats a great starter and comment, thank you sooo much, i am in a time that i need to let all my feelings loose or i will explode. thank you, i will be posting a poem in the near future, look for it;)
