The extra sad thing is that a lot of this harassment is basically institutionalized. My computer is running really slowly, so I couldn't watch most of it, but yeesh.

Don't get me wrong, police officers the world over take a massive amount of abuse and have to deal with the scum of their respective societies on a daily basis. I don't mind the odd slap or push, and if someone is really resisting arrest, sure slam em into a car or wall.

I can't say the same for beating someone who is already on the ground and restrained.
