I took a poem my brother in law had convinced me I was involved in and posted on this poetry site several years ago . In spite of the poem being visited well over ten thousand times there were no challenges in regards to the original author
As you may discover if you follow the link I posted about . An unknown poet is hard to beat
I trust I will not be banned from this site for my confession , but if I am I will be thinking of all the unknown poets I believe I have met in a spiritual sense
I know now I never was and never will be the 'unknown poet"

Michael, I've looked at your links & read the poems, listened to the youtube. I am confused. The youtube is from 2008, the poem alleged by the girl is not dated, either in the source code or the page info.
Your poem is gone, so I assume you deleted it.
Granted that you do not know where it came from, perhaps you copied it back when you were under the influence; perhaps you wrote it and the girl copied it. At any rate you have acted honorably in deleting it even though you do not know that it is not yours.

I was under the influence of many things and I did delete as soon as I googled the first lines. I used to think the extremely high number of poem hits had something to do with a glitch or mabe a popular poet . The fact is I had written poems that I lost track of and learned alot by posting this because like I said it proved to me that there is a magic combo and order of words . This may be one thing I should have kept to myself ,but that poem has turned up on my facebook and I don't think anyone can prove when it was written barring finding it on a very old tombstone . Anyway I do not take plagerism lightly but I never attempted to claim royalties . No one would have ever known it be cause I called the untitled poem Heartfelt Memories becuase it was not uncommon for me to take months on picking a title. The poem can be reach through many paths through googling that title but is never found titled heartfelt memories . Thank you for your response

It is strange about the sources that give Rose De Leon the copyright I can swear I posted that poem before then though I now do not believe I wrote it The poem i post was written in first person singular to second person singular
