it is a battery operated cig that works by giving you nictine as you inhale and watervapour, You even blow out smoke like a fag (hence the water vapour)

Oh that one...seen someone with it...doesn't work...I had far more thoughts in my mind when you said electronic cigs...I was thinking about cash machines...you know instead of withdrawing money you could deposit some and get a few drags.....and could you imagine the havoc that would cause.....sorry..sounds funny to me...
