Up in Smoke

This is a great poem that inspired me to seek the origins of addiction. I am addicted to a chew that is known as smokeless tobacco which is by no means a healthy trade . Your well worded poem reflects the power of attitude with the latitude of your spirit not to be controlled by chemicals( Good luck with that not to sound sarcastic) I feel this write is well deserving of attention and award.

"Frankincense has been traded on the Arabian Peninsula and in North Africa for more than 5000 years. A mural depicting sacks of frankincense traded from the Land of Punt adorns the walls of the temple of ancient Egyptian Queen Hatshepsut, who died in circa 1458 BC.[7"

I pray this topic does not go up in smoke , but rise from the ashes like poets who write poems to share their demons
Please share your thoughts on taking control of vices with ad/vices

PS Don't feel left out MyHalozChokinMe
    Vices are demons and vice/verse

Eh. I've not been one to speak up on the discussion boards however, I like this topic.
(And don't think the comment "but rise from the ashes like poems who share their demons," went unnoticed. =)

I will be back this evening, after work.

Giving up the evil weed is just the start.

It leads to trying to contain anger and trying not to eat too much.

I am either going to be fat or smoke if I am not careful.
As vices go, the drink was the easiest, I haven't touched a drop of alcohol since early may 2012.
Since then I have lost 4 inches off the waist so I am not carrying as much timber about (now 32 inch waist)
However I am only on day 9 of the 'no smoking'
so with my new love for bagels I am sure I will soon see those 4 inches come back.

Good job I still swear like a B***ard or people may fear I was turning into a monk. ; - )

I write from the heart mostly because if I tried to share my mind it would look like a forum thread lol
I just wanted to say that I am not complaining about these boards getting rid of drama
There is plenty out there for poets like me that are motivated by it
www.holy.net was inspired by online drama
It makes more sense from the bottom up lol

You are either a spook, or you really believe that crap. I can't imagine the latter

"If you go to his page, this appears to be all he does all day. He's been spamming anything and everything having to do with the Sandy Hook incident. NORMAL people don't do that sort of thing. But paid, abnormal people with no consciences, do."

This is an event where I believe a physics professor may be tempted to let his heart bend the laws of physics to explain to the mind how hot steel and concrete could accelerate at free fall speed through relatively cool steel and concrete.
Todd posted this link in the middle of his Sandy Hook conspiracy thread
    Building 7 /watch?v=iEuJimaumW4
The topic shifted to the 911 conspiracy theory
