Yes, and the weird part is that Colm had just raised that very issue before they appeared. Janis either is eavesdropping or mind-reading. |

I think it is a smart move for members and management for growth |

Hi hellon, I don't think it will affect you or anyone who doesn't have fb or twitter... My guess is that if anyone wants to share the poem in fb or twitter, then they can click on the icon, and the poem will be shared in their own fb or twitter... It seems that it may also say how many likes it has had. |

It creates a link on the FB page to your poem as it is posted in your account. It does not actually post the poem itself to facebook. |

Not your poem. Just a link to your poem here on PNQ. it gives more publicity but doesn't change anything you have posted. |

Hellon- It only gives the link.... nothing changes... you signed up here at this site... its just more public will read it... what will happen if a poem is liked is the link will pop up on the page... a person will click the link and read your poem here on PnQ.... its no different than a person on the internet, search for a poem to read and coming here to read them... |

Also to clarify, you retain the copyright. All PnQ has done is allow someone to bring more people to this site. |

When I tried this on my own poem, it does post the poem. The first thing was a link, then when one of my friends used that link, the actual poem then appeared on my facebook page. It doesn't seem to be working very well. |

I thought they were always there lol |

I have it still on my poems. In both experiments it shows up on my wall as "Larry likes two links" and then shows the poem names. Clicking on either of them takes me to this site to the poem's posting. |

What you describe is usually the appearance of spare or aware. get a protector like adaware or avg. |

Not sure if Norton goes after the little stuff. Lavasoft adaware is free and it gets rid of the insipid ads that pop up. if the ads you see are connected to this New link, i haven't seen it myself. |

So you are telling me if someone likes my poem it will show up on fb? |
Sylvia

Connie that is possible I think. I know when I liked my own, it was posted to MY facebook page. Liked another club members poem at the same time, still don't have a clue where it went. |

I understand your concern. When someone clicks the 'like' button beneath your poem it appears on their Facebook page as a link to the poem on this website. |
