I'd really like to school in france for a year, plz help me conv

I want to take part in an exchange programme that sends students to foreign countries. Im in my second year of french and Id really like to study in france for a year. Its only NZD ten thousand.

My dad says i can go...
if i can convince mom.

It will be one of the hardest things I will ever do,Im so scared, i want this so badly. I can try for scholarship in which they will pay two thousand for me. But the issue really is my mom.

yes i really want to do it, i hav ths obsession with america, i love it, i think the place is absolutely magical and i always wanted to school there.

but i need reasons to convince my mom, money is not the prob..my mommy is lmao!

plz suggestions would be helpful, my mom restricts me on everyything, my aunty suggested getting tapes frm the programme 2c they come bak alive!!
