As good hearted as your message is, it violates the rule recently enforced in another thread:

    Forum rules and posting guidelines
    ...
    2. Do not post your poems in this forum. Submit them here."
    "here" being:

Please delete your poem from this thread & carry on with any message you wish.

Huh, I thought we'd let go of that old rule when Bob left. It isn't in the Site and Forum Rules at any rate.

If a poem is just asking for comments and feedback, then it should go in the link. If it is being posted to incite or add to a discussion, then I don't see what's wrong with it. We are a poetry site after all. This poem is cutting it fine.

The only thing I liked about this poem was the message.

It is in the Rules & Guidelines.
And we enforced it with Chelsey just last week.
It's not really fair to ignore it sometimes & enforce it others. Where do you draw the line?
All he has to do is post the bloody poem & carry on with the thread and his sentiments.

This thread made me laugh. I'm sure he'll move it, Lar Bear : D

    Jordan: Duh! Of course.

The hilarious aspect of this thread is that 8 of nine posts have nothing to do with the OP's message.

    That's unfair, Larry. I left a review.

Too many rules or, at least, locations of rules around here.

What about links to a poem that the topic is about? I have always been confused about that

or can you post a poem title and say it is posted?

    I just realized something

...if a woman is gay she is called a lesbian- what do you call a gay guy?

Surely Fa**ot is not the right word.

    Is there a word?

  • Jordan

Well I think theoretically the word gay is reserved for men, isn't it?

  • Sylvia

I believe that gay is used for males.

You need to create a place where people can share stuff like this to the whole of pnq , it helps people and that's one reason I choose to write

This is that space. The threads on the main forum reach all who wish to take part.

Alternatively, the "Love and Romance" Forum could be used.
