What do the coloured icons mean next to people's names?

Sorry, I'm kinda new, I didn't know where to post this :P. I mean the little coloured squares containing a letter

They are awards :)

F - Favorites
C - Praised Comments
D - Discussion Board
P - Poems posted to the acct with a 4.2 or higher rating.

It goes pink, blueish purple, gold, then platinum/silver looking.

It used to be clickable but it no longer is, so most can't remember what the different levels are.

Pink F-->you have 5 poets under their favorite authors
Blue F-->25 or more
Gold F--> 50 more
Silver-->99 or more

Yes, we have pink, blue, gold and platinum awards.

Blue - 20-49
Gold - 50-99
Platinum - 100+

C award: Critique award: How many praised comments you have.

Pink C - 50+ comments
Blue C - 3-9 praised comments
Gold C - 9-29 praised comments
Platinum C - 30+ praised comments

(Note: You need 10 praised comments to gain nominator status, i.e. to get the ability to nominate poems for the weekly contest on the front page.)

Pink P - 30-99 poems
Blue P - 100-199 poems
