hi mr.khalid....i am always great.... you cant prevent some things to happen...but its the way you'll handle the situation so that it will not cause a lot of damage and waste a lot of time....right??

take the risk and view it positively....count your blessings and what you have, not your misfortunes and what you have not....

hahaha...a speech from a simple " hope it going well at your side... :)"

    lol.....it was funny of me.....grrr.....

Everyone must have some misfortune but the most important is that you get benefits of your experiment not to repeat the mistakes. Without misfortunes we can't learn or feel what the unlucky people feel..:)
Your speech speaks some sort of wisdom but it's true and you are saying the right lol...

oh...lol...mr.khalid...i just learn from reading some things....and yeah...hahaha....not to repeat experiments that had a "bad" outcome....

did you read the 90/10 principle???

i got some lesson their....lol.....just search it in the internet...its really a good one...i swear...

Yes Dindee, it's thoroughly amazing! And I'm really facing the same problem with my daughter. For example, when I ask her to prepare our breakfast she does it faster than normal, making everything upside down. All she does in the order not to miss a program for kids in the TV, a cartoon or a song or anything else. Last time she insisted to buy a pair of 4-days old chicken and sometimes she used to leave them without food so they do noise during the bedtime. Sometimes she feeds them cockroaches and I started disgusting this.

ow...hahaha...kids are fun sir....i cant imagine...she feeds them cockroach...lol....hahaha,,,its really funny...maybe a little of explanation can do...like why do she needs to feed them specially before bedtime...or you can do it together for some bonding....

i just read a book last time i really bought it,,,for some its maybe an ordinary book... the title was something 31 words for daughter...and a 31 pages too..lol...

    like daughter is:
    a princess..

a veterinarian..(coz of animals they love to care)

    make-up artist...

    fashion stylist..

    manicurist,,,

i forgot the others...but not the last page...

    an inspiration...

    =)

Hi Dindee Hi PP, nice to make the thread for asking questions of interest but try to make the questions useful for all members since this site is built on this basis.

Hi Dindee & Khalid! To answer your question Dindee, poetry & quotes is the basis of this site but I've seen lots of prose on here too, not too many short stories but I think if you wanted to do something like that, just write it in your title so the readers know ahead of time. I don't believe there will ever be separate sections for those things since this site focuses on original poetry and quotes posted. A lot of poets write in different styles, forms with unique ideas so feel free to post that as well.

    Lol....mr.khalid...you count wrong...sorry..

    65,777

coz i just have noticed that...mmm...most??i just dont know the numbers,,,a lot here..mostly teenager girls have some issues like depression...cutting...etc...

any concern for them?or any help for them to get over from it?even some steps..single steps just to alleviate their feelings from those...

i dont know...coz this is a site and composed a lot of members...its fine with me if this site is purely for poems only...

    thank you....

Thank you DND for noticing my mistake, much appreciated.
Cutting normally leaves deeper psychiatric than usual injuries. It takes the priority before depression. Once someone reaches the stage of cutting this he/she becomes in a serious and urgent case that really needs the proper action. I know many in PnQ who have this problem. In my opinion there must be a main thread for that.

yeah..there were many..its just sad,,that they had to go through it in such a young age and view life as a horrible one...

Girls you both are one of my favorites.

65, 800 thanks a bunch Khalid! I'm actually going to call today and talk with the manager to check up on it and say how interested I am. Thanks about the avatar too, I really like it, kind of contrasts my old one... I just need a change sometimes :]

  • dindee

    65..801

    hi mr.khalid..wow...thank you for that...

hahaha...the patients is easy to care but the hard one are their folks....lol....and the syringes...as long as i care i used small needles but in operating room they use large ones....and we really inserted all of it in your veins...super ouch....lol...

    PP...hehehe i thought youre a guy...and i was confused when sir.khalid keep mentioning 2 girls and i check your profile...thats when i knew you were female...hehehe...sorry for that bro...lol....sis......

  • Poet on the Piano

    65, 802

Oh geez, needles! I don't know if I could handle that job... that's why I applaud you...but do the parents just give you a rough time? I think that would be hard, that's great the patients you care for are easy to get along with. So are you a nurse then and do you have a specific age group you care for?

Lol Dindee, that cracked me up! That's okay, don't apologize, least you checked haha.....I do that all the time on this site, well not too often but with a few people whose poetry I read but don't know them personally....I think I thought at one point you were a guy too...so now we both know :P

  • dindee

    65 803

haha...lo...yeah im a little bit of a nurse...the folks are more toxic thanthe patient,,,cause they are the one who makes a lot of complaints,,,

insering needles is not easy,,,be sure to hit the veins perfectly so you can do it once..but if not..you have to do it again and its painful...

we practice it on ourselves before getting a license on it,,,lol,,,

yeah..now thanks for sir khalid...hahaha...now we knew...

  • Poet on the Piano

    65, 804

Oh, gotcha! Well that sounds like it would be hard to deal with, constant complaints...

Wow, I didn't think it was easy, I think I'd be too shaky but that makes sense practicing beforehand, hope your arms are okay from that lol

  • dindee

    65 805

yeah..we practiced it in ourselves we were doing it by partners...and for 2-3 days the bruise heals..

and all the injections....lol...we practiced it too..and sometimes you want to yell your partner if he/she's not doing it well...lol...coz they had to repeat it again in you...

  • Khalid M Darwish

    65, 806

DnD: It's really hard how you practice on your body. Normally people, especially children, don't like others to try it on their bodies. Also, kids ger worried of painful consequences after injection. But at the end, having the medical treatment via syrings is the fastest to get positive results.

PP: I'm interested on the name you chose as "poet behind the piano". Does it mean you are interested in playing piano or something else? ... because I also play music but on violin.
