Sorry, Darren, I completely disagree with your approach of "say nothing"...no one is promoting hate, but is it really a good idea to stay silent on a cold blooded religiously motivated murder? Beheading is the most abhorrent way to kill a person or animal, like the poor sacrificial goats or other innocent animals killed by the "halal" method.

Do these people (50% and not a minority, by statistics) really know why the British or Americans or the Peacekeepers of the World are still in their (forcibly acquired) "Muslim" lands today (a concept which is by itself arrogant and racist, anti-foreigner, anti-civilization and expresses hate to other faiths)... to protect them from hacking each other to death, whether it is Afghanistan or Iraq. I don't think exposing religious bigots in any faith (radical clerics and their followers) is "hate"? Wan't it "hate" for the non-Muslim that led to this crime itself?
Nor is trying to make people who use "religion" as an excuse to kill or those who prefer to "look away" or "walk past" such monstrosities see a better reason, a crime in my diction?
I rather use this thread to open "closed" minds to "religious freedom" and how we value it in today's multi-ethnic, multi cultural world, such as in this country.

And of course posting anything in the "threads" of PnQ invite debates, why else would you post anything here? So, to try to curtail freedom of speech within "boundaries" of PnQ decency could be like abolishing the coveted 1st amendment rights of members. We no longer have "charged" debates that some people who claimed themselves as defenders of their faith (not human values) would instigate or propagate. They are gone or have gone in hiding. They were the one's who really propagated hate, not me. I value non-theistic spiritualism, not a religion, not even the one I was born in to.

My qn: Where do you detect "hate" in what I say?

I do not disagree with either of you, nor do I wish to debate anyone. Nor am I British, but simply an incensed individual struck by the open BRUTALITY (beheading in this case) and message delivered in the killing of an innocent "defender of Peace".

Only wish if some people would change their ways and adopt Vegetarian way of life...no killing, period, animals or humans. But that will not happen, if you grow up amongst people who behead innocent "goats" and "cows" for religious reasons (to please Allah/God) or for pleasure.

The loss of a soldier in a terrorist attack in his home is the most heartbreaking thing I can think of. He wasn't at war, deployed to foreign soil to fight at the time. He was a soldier on duty in his home station. Horrible.

It's probably not understandable to know why there is a difference. Number one, what happened in London as is with hundreds of countries and situations with suicide bombers, Alquada attack groups such as Benghazi or even rebel action in Libya and Syria? Airplanes run into buildings NY, or add the Boston Bombers, schools kids being blown up in Russia, attacks on innocent citizens in Spain, France, Germany and every Middle East, Greater Middle East and Far East and south East nation. The United states alone has had its share of Jihad Fatwa in the name of Allah attacks for the last 30/40 years or so.. For centuries Muslim nations have been on the move... for only one purpose and that is to impose its primitive caveman mentality belief that they are the only legitimate religion and the rest of the world are infidels. That's undeniable and undebateable fact. Protection in schools is a must. Banks have guards. Airports have guards. All government buildings have guards. And as far as gun owners referance to the Boston incident...no gun owner would start shooting willy- nilly at anything that moved.
