Can you end a sentence with an adjective?

Does anyone think it is a stretch of poetic license to end a sentence with an adjective?

I think is okay to end a sentence with an adjective

like

The sky is blue
as her heart
that broke for you.

( I think that is written incorrectly but can I have an example?)
