Be sure to visit Asadal, it is situated right next to Holborn station. One of the best Asian restaurants ever.

Big Ben and Buckingham Palace are obvious choices...The Eye maybe....my favourite...St Paul's Cathedral because the scene from Mary Poppins with the old lady singing Feed the Birds was filmed there. Tubes are very easy to negotiate so you should have no problem getting around. Madame Tussauds if you have some spare time...I wasn't very keen on it to be honest but it seems to be popular with tourists.

Of course...If you have time...visit Scotland...it's very pretty!

There's always the jump on and off buses...can't remember what they're called now but they're world wide so I'm sure you're aware of them? Think the ticket lasts a couple of days so that's plenty of time to visit London...at least the main attractions.

Honestly though...if you have time, visit Scotland.

    WALK!

From Green Park Station to Buckingham Palace then through James Park to Westminster, Parliament & along the Embankment or cross over the bridge & visit the Eye.

From St. Paul's Cathedral to Leadenhall Market, have a Bitters inside (this is Daigon Alley btw). Have a tasty fish dinner at Chamberlin's Seafood.

In Covent Garden Market get a meat pie & then walk to the Tames, past Cleopatra's Obelisk & take a sunset cruise on the Thames.

From the Tower Station visit the Roman Wall, then cross to the Tower of London. After the tour walk over the Tower Bridge (if you dawdle you'll see it raised) then walk down Tooley to the London Bridge Station.

I also agree with Hellon. If you do go to Scotland, I recommend Stirling. It is close to many historical & fascinating spots.

Speaker's Corner may interest you and...perhaps you can even participate? Go on...no one knows you over there! Anyway....some of the rants are good for a laugh at the very least :)

I'd agree with Larry on Stirling...if you have time to head north... there's a lot of history around this part of Scotland.
