Ice+Salt=?

Hey ppl, Ive heard SOO many ppl talking bout the salt and ice method of SI. I was wondering like practically wat is it and wat does it involve...Just curious. Plz resond thanx

OMG! That sounds so horrible! Why would anyone do that?!?! Sorry if that offended anybody...but that would be so horrible to do...Personaly, i would rather cut that do ice burning. I would urge all of you guys to stop...it couldnt be good for you.

Personally, I think cutting is worse than ice+salt. But I've tried both, and they only help for maybe a day. The way to solve your problems once and for all, is to face them.

yeah some of my friends were putting salt + ice on them, i tried it once on my arm it burns like hell ill never do it again lol

yea i've tried it. it's like cutting in a way. its makin urself feel pain..self mutilation. i did it. i kno it doesnt leave a scar. so that's the good thing bout it.

Ice+Salt doesn't leave a scare, but the area will be red and sometime a bit of black for a few days.

It doesn't hurt, I don't think it works very well for me.

Put salt on ur wrist, then take an ice cube, hold it on till you feel something. Wait for tomorrow and there will be a nice surprise.

How long does the mark last?

it depends on how much salt you put I think, and how long you did it.

Hmm...what do you think the longest is? You see for me i cut but i just can't keep adding more scars to my arms after four years i've severely damaged the nerves so i can't feel anything it certain spots and i know its because of how deep i cut i'm trying to find an alternative.
