Group Challenge?

Anyone fancy a group challenge? Kind of like the club V club one that happened last year, only not sticking to clubs because I don't think there is enough active people for that approach!

Basically I will make 2 groups, maybe 3 although I doubt that many will sign up. I will have a basis of 8 prompts, such as:

1. Haiku
2. Include the word "black"
3. X amount of syllables
4. Free Choice (any poem)
5. Snow
6. X amount of lines, or verses.
7. a heated topic... such as abortion, politics etc.
8. a random prompt.

Each group will be given a set amount of time, 2 days example, and the winning group is simply the ones with the most poems in by the end. (or I can ask for judges to judge it.)

I will create a thread for each group, and they can post as often as they can, but the same person cannot post twice in a row.

What is everyone's thoughts on this please?
And who is interested in signing up?
Or is this place as dead as it feels right now?

I think this is a really cool idea and I would love to participate, if anyone else is up for it.

however I believe you are right on it feeling kinda dead...

Ooh, want. I'm flying out of the country for the next week, so I can't do it unless it starts after the 26th. :/

Just say when.

If everyone else is available after 26th I can launch it after then.
That gives us a week to get teams together. Remember, not everyone has to post all day long, as long as poems keep going up the team can still submit poems. So it isn't too much pressure just for one person.

Can't do it with 7, need another 1 person to make 2 teams of 4. Or another 2 people, and 3 teams of 3.

Come on people, it will be fun. It will only need you to be active for 24 hours.

I am hoping to start this Friday morning, and then the group with the most poems turned in by the same time Saturday morning, will be the winners.

If it works out well we can play around with it and do it more often.
