Hello All - It's been a bit!

Hello Ladies and gents,

It's been so long since I've been back here. I sure have missed many of you and am hoping to jump back into the P&Q world.

We're beyond blessed to have welcomed our daughter Anastasia into this world, she's now 6 months old. Since having her I've found my writing slowly start to return. Sever writers block for about 4 years ish... Not pleasant I tell you.

So pull up a chair, rug, whatever and let me know what's going on with you all! Fill a girl in.

She is so beautiful! I am so incredibly happy for you and hubby (Paul, right?). You seriously just made my day with this update, I had been thinking about you and wondering how you were doing. Beautiful name. Ahh, babies. :)

My biggest update is probably my trip - I went on a mission trip in March to Guatemala. I got to meet my sponsor child as well as help build two classrooms onto their school. I met amazing people, toured beautiful places, and found such a love for some of those kids that I didn't know I had within me. The trip changed my life, made me more content with who I am and what I have been blessed with, and my compassion soars through the roof now. What an amazing journey that was.

And now my next journey begins - the week we got back from our trip, I officially went off the pill and we are currently trying for kids of our own :)

Don't wanna get my hopes up, but is the site really coming back up!? It's been soo long. I don't even know what made me log on tonight. I really miss it here :-)

Welcome back Amanda and congrats on your new girl! What a beautiful name and she is gorgeous from the profile pic. Good luck with getting back into writing... gosh, four years is a long time, I can't imagine. I hope you find the inspiration you need.

Britt, that's wonderful news, will be praying for you!

Done with my first year of college which still feels odd, but now am focusing on music at church and working (a lot of day shifts as a sales associate). I am taking a few on-line classes that start soon for my communications degree, and I'm hoping by taking a certain number of credits each summer, I can graduate a year early. Plus, my first experience with on-line classes was amazing and the main thing is to check messages or announcements every few days which is easy.

Glad everyone's back and hope we can keep sharing what's new :]

I've got so many stray verses. Must try to collect them and put them into a poem or at the very least use them as prompts :P
