... to all who fast this holy month :)
    Bless you.

oh and on a side note, fasting is physiologically important, as the latest scientific studies show.

It may be, but what I understand is after the Sundown it is feasting time!!!! So you are eating, alot after 7pm! Very bad diet if you ask me! Even my best Muslim Friend tells me so..

I'm not religious, but I fast one day per week anyway. Why? For spiritual reasons. And solidarity with those who have to suffer famine. Helps you gain perspective to do fasting. Really admire all of you who celebrate Ramadan.

Well now! I have left religion behind a long time ago and yet I am Spiritual... I feel God in every move I make, everything I touch, see, feel...

My heart is an empty canvas waiting for the tiled waves of Life's colours ..

Deepest Essence, it depends on what you eat. and how much you eat.

As Kakera said, I admire those who fast.

However, I will freak out if I don't eat every several hours when awake. Against my better intentions, I'm a voracious pig :(
