Weekly prompt challenge

I made a new weekly prompt challenge in the contest area - it is different to the normal title toss idea, there are lots of different prompts to use.

EXTENDING THIS TO FRIDAY NIGHT BECAUSE I HAVE NO ENTRIES

Choose any of the following prompts, and PM me with your poem by Thursday night. You may use as much of the prompts as you want, and each person may submit up to 2 poems.

1. Write about the colour red, but include the number two.

3. Pick a random person you know, and use their name, or screen name, to write an acrostic.

15. think of 2 random names, and then use them in a poem about 2 actors in a play.

Haha, no entries at all? Damn. I'm feeling a bit poetically exhausted at the moment (which isn't surprising considering how much stuff I've put out, especially with prompts, lately), so I probably won't partake in this one. As to why there are no other entries, maybe the prompts are too specific and scare people off?

Don't know why. The prompts aren't that hard... there are 15 to choose from and I am sure everyone on here would be able to put one of them into a poem.

But yes, I will just cancel this.

The prompts aren't hard, there are at least a few of them that should be very easy for most people on this site to make something out of, yeah. Some of them are more specific than in the past though. But that being a turn-off is pure conjecture on my part.

There are a lot of conflicting opportunities right now. The club battle, for one. Just save this for later.
