Accounts are we allowed on here ? I thought it was two and only if you stated on each profile who you were so as not to confuse other members? I'm sick of second guessing here because..IMO there are lots of members with numerous accounts. It's got to the point that I very seldom comment now....Mods....you have tools to check on this type of activity....are you using them???

You are right Hellon about the 2 accounts and yes mods keep aneye on these things. If you think people are using multiple accounts let us know via pm and we can check it out.

Then you could pm another mod and they would check it out like they would for any member.

I agree. Highly probably they won't even tell you that the owner of the accounts are one and the same. I understand that it's their choice not to tell people, but I'm quite sure you'll agree that there's a posibility that problems might arise from that.

I just want to say if there is a current mod with a secret account I dare say I never suspected it and they have done well with their alt as far as I am concerned :)

I believe I have 3 accounts, and it's sort of weird how it happened, but it's not meant to be a secret. I've owned up to it on the forums multiple times.
I would delete one of the accounts if I wasn't such a sentimental sap, in addition to being incredibly lazy and not wanting to save 100+ poems.
I can still delete one of them if everyone feels it's necessary, but funny how this is suddenly an issue when it hasn't been for... up from 5 years.

A long time ago I had an account named Daenerysstormborn. A moderator no longer on this site suspended the account temporarily. I sneakily created a second account. Again, this was over 5 years ago... closer to 10. He realized I created a second account, but said it was fine to post poetry as long as I didn't communicate to anyone that it was me via pm's and as long as I kept off the forums. That account is called "selene" I believe. Funny, Abby and I began a little friendship when 'selene' was my alias, and she didn't guess it was me for awhile :)
Anyway, months passed and I didn't want to hide behind an alias anymore so I created the account I have now! Daenerysstormborn couldn't be reinstated at the time and I forget why.
Years after all this, that same moderator and I were getting along swimmingly (he hates me again now, shame) and he figured out a way to reinstate Daenerysstormborn for me.
So there you have it.
I don't use Daenyersstormborn or selene except as online storage for poems not on this account. In fact, I don't remember the log in info for selene. Silvershoes is my only active account. Nothing sneaky going on, you see!

I wasn't talking about you or any other mod..past or present. My first post was just stating that I thing some members are riding on a few accounts and I was trying to get confirmation on how many we are allowed...so you have three???? So breaking the rules?

I was actually aware of these account previously because...as you stated, you have fessed up to them in the past and..you no longer use them so...No..I was simply asking Colm a question...what if they were mods...for future reference.

Funny thing is...since I made this post...the people I have suspicion of don't seem to come on so much now???
