    I thought I was free
    of you...thought you were
    buried in my past...

    past I hoped to forget
forget what you done to me
    me...a child
    child molested...

    now you're back
    but...I'm stronger now
    and you?...

    just a pathetic old man...

    I used to love
    this pen...

    It's actually a collectable

    Mon Blanc...in commemoration
now I don't see the point of
such a luxury to scribble my scribblings....

And... I've scribbled some naff crap
    here!!!

    I wish I'd read
    prompt 4
    before
    I rambled on about
    my mon blanc
    pen but....how
do you refuse a gift politely?

    perhaps I can give it
    away to a charity?

    Why am I still here
    trying to rhyme
    pretty sure I'm wasting
    my time

    and yours!

  • Hellon

    Well....I think
    it's pretty sad
    that
    out of the 'shadow members'
    I have pmd this week
    encouraging them to
    join in here
    only two have
    responded...

    isn't that sad for p&q?

    Too easy...

    this chair
    now has a perfect
    indentation of
    my ass....

    Jeezz.....

    You cannot be SERIOUS!!!

    You would not get
    an honest
    contribution from
    me right now

    Have to come on
Andrea and the others will be waiting
    To hear my shit...
    Everlasting will...laugh!!

    1. formed poem - but must be placed inside a
    free style poem

    Her summer smile
    hides behind a gray veil;
    warmth blows,
    clouds relish as
    rain grows
    to dampen the day,
    Wind wails,
    a wicked joy
    sets sail,
    earth is about
    to taste her turbulent ways,
    Storm slays,
    lady tempest
    at play,
    her summer smile
    breaks through the veil
    and reveals tomorrow's aches.

    2. include an item of stationery, pencil, paper etc.

    Black and blue
    walk down the aisle
    holding all that's true,
    the past flew
    and a present grew
facing their future without a clue

    5. Must include at least one rhyme.

there is a special word in this world
which cannot be bought or earned,
its a gift you will come to learn...
steers you away from wrong turns,

it has a special name in this world
gives courage to those who yearn,
from birth...into your heart its burned
and once gone you will foever mourn,

it has a special place in this world
    once lost none can replace,
few cry for its tender embrace
when it flies away like a bird

    6. Category: sad

You have seen me in my worst
and cheered on till I became the best,
picked me up from the deepest dirt
with a precious heart I've savored from birth,
now all I have is your floral shawl
to cradle me when I'm hurt

    8. write a poem about this site!!

    A broken heart
    stumbles upon this site
    penning sleepless nights,
    a cocooned life
    piled with mistakes and cries
lets loose dreams from its sight.

    3. Include a crime, or mention prison, or both!

From wall to wall without space to breathe
we are cramped to fill each page,
our names have given various meanings
    each of which remains...
with pain and sorrow, smiles and joys
we've shared and birthed various rage,
fixed and bound with a colorful outlook
from A to Z we fill the cage,
for the world we come in all size and shape
    and named as a dictionary,
but for us its the thickest prison...
    a silent and crowded sanctuary.

Being homeless is not a great feeling at all,
Lost inside a world of hatred, living on the streets.
Not knowing where to go or what to eat.
Sadness all around, no hope in faces.

Why do we let children get sad?
    Letting the parents run free.
Doing nothing the world becomes cruel.
It destroys the heart inside of me.

    Couches are good for sleeping
because you can sink into them.
Dreamcatchers seem to fill my mind
    because comfort fills my heart.

P and q is like a home for me,
    comforting when I feel sad
and a place where I express
my poetry. Friends are nice to
    chat with.

    Laying in the sandy beaches
    leaves me feeling at peace.
    Waves lap my feet, tickling.
My heart beats a steady rhythm.

    Seagull's fly above,
    sunlight captures my pale skin
    tranquil fills my soul.

    Pens are better than pencils
    because you can color paper
with the imagination you hold inside.

    Prayers for the families
that were hurt by the crimes
    vengeful people took on.
    Pain is the strongest emotion
    that someone can feel.

    Poor people have hope sometimes.
Their eyes speak the stories untold
by the money they don't have.

    Staying in bed all day,
    leaves me feeling depressed.
    Messy room, sheets spewed,
I don't want to be happy.

    Pillows are comfortable head rests
when lying back into a chair.
I can rest my eyes, not falling asleep
Sinking, I vanish from thin air.
