Ha ha well we'll have to see about that,I think I would outweird you all, do you guys by any chance dream of people dying and it happens the next day...? Now that's weirdness, it's been happening to me since I was about thirteen!!! Also, this is most unfortunate and infuriating, but I cannot seem to find the option that allows me to quit from my club :-\ I've looked almost everywhere!!!

'The Fairy Marry Poppins': "I'm in THE CLUB and I'm weird lol"

why do you think this way? First you are great. Second, there is noting wrong with being a little weird, everyone is. Those who are not, are weird.
Always know your shortcoming but think highly of yourself. If the cook says something is wrong with the food everyone takes it to the heart even if it is not the case.

Senyru: "Aha, it's where all the cool kids are"

haha cool kids never call themselves cool.
Once some critics asked George Bernard Shaw, why all the main characters of his books are greedy and, till cows come home, keep talking about money money? Shaw complained: what else do you suggest they should be talking about then? Critics responded: Perhaps about virtues, such as honor, love and pieties. Shaw answered: Perhaps it is because people always tend to talk about what they lack. I do have all those virtues I just don't have money.

David, for what its worth,I think its fair to say that all of us here ay p and q are weird, because we're poet's, we write down our emotions and thoughts rather than fighting like the rest of the world, viva Les poets!!! :-P

  • ddavidd

    That is a yes
    waaw: we all are weird.
some are proud like us, some shy like our friend, some are so hard trying to hide it and act normal. They are those who are weird in the core:They are the saints of mediocrity... as "Antonio Salieri" confessed to, in the movie " Amadeus"

David I'm weird but I am not lamenting that fact I'm actually fine with being weird and my poetry says the truth sometimes but not always we are all flawed humanity always is

^^ haha, Mark! And you are no longer a kid! Just at heart. I love your humbleness.

'The Fairy Marry Poppins', you should be fine because you are fine. Though unfortunately these two do not get along most of the times.

'Senyru', thanks , some people get the point and some fight it because their big ego is always on the way. Thanks also for getting my name right.

'Everlasting', love is good, humbleness is good. Knowledge always is generous to those who humble themselves to it.

  • Dancing Rivers

Ddavidd, that message to everlasting"love is good, humbleness is good, knowledge is always generous to those who humble themselves to it" is so very true, you have to humble yourself and open yourself up to the knowledge, it won't just come to you, but it is also a double-edged sword, because too much knowledge at once in the wrong hands could (and usually does) lead to disaster.

And in speaking of knowledge, have either of you ever had a moment/sensation, where you almost entirely blank out and you're unaware of the world around you, you're unaware of yourself even, the only thing you're aware of is that there is a hand writing down words, and there is a silent, external entity dictating these words by touching at a soul that seems to belong to the writer, and the moment the poem is finished, you realise that the poet was you, but when you read the poem you don't recall having written any of it, like someone possessed you and wrote it in your place?

    Knowledge is nothing...

    Leonah

I know a few who have experienced that.

    'Evelasting':
    Haha wow
take your frustration on knowledge now,
    so
now that you are officially a knowledge foe
    although,
you are not an average Joe,
    you should as well know:
that matter itself is nothing but a glow
    row after row
    of cognition in flow.

'leonha s marie': No I did not, I had other experiences. but . I know exactly what this is. I am very interested to know more. Did it happen to you? Tell us more, this is very intriguing.

'PnQ Mod Account': don't worry we get there in time.

Silvershoes, we're sorry, we can't help, we're all just such darn awesome people!!! :-P

Everlasting, knowledge may not be everything but it sure helps with almost anything :-)

Ddavidd, love the little impromptu poem on knowledge. :-) also, yes it did happen to me,I was sitting in my art class one day, when suddenly I just blanked out and the only thing I was aware of was that a hand was writing and it was as if something, some external force was dictating to the hand as to what to write.then as soon as the writing was finished I suddenly"regained consciousness"and I heard my friends calling to me, and my best friend was shaking me, and they were all asking if I was ok, said I'd blanked out for about fifteen minutes, and when I looked down I saw I'd somehow written a poem about knowledge, but when I read the poem I couldn't recall having written anything about it.and a year later the same thing happened to me in my economics class, and the strange thing is that both poems were about knowledge.

  • ddavidd

What you are saying is a state known as "Heightened Awareness" once you are in there the world becomes so awesomely clear, though after you coming out of it, you lose the memory of it, because your awareness is not heightened any more and can't contain the memory. The interesting aspect of this is, if you are accurate and not exaggerating in your story, your ability to fall in that state all on your own. This means you are special.

  • Dancing Rivers

Oh I've heard of that before, really, you think that's what it is? No, no exaggerations whatsoever, that's the exact account of what happened.special in the sense of....?

  • Dancing Rivers

And why would it make new special, can't most people train themselves to do? And I've heard people who claim to be witches say they can do it.but I guess as you say, it is strange that I did it without the conscious desire to do so, and it happened on more than one occasion, mostly in cases of my being in a great state of pain, emotional or otherwise.and if it is as you state"heightened awareness"what causes it and can a person control it?

  • Dancing Rivers

Also, may I ask what experiences you've had? My curiosity is piqued now!!!

  • Everlasting

    Haha Ddavidd,

It's not frustration, knowledge is nothing...

I love 'nothing' though. Too vast to grasp. Too interesting to know, and the intellect, with its existence, joyfully rejoices. Though Nothing is everything and everything is nothing.

Yup, knowledge is nothing and love is everything.

    Everlasting:
Thou I understand your point of view and is right, to the certain extend, but you are being extremist. Now allow me to remind you the Buda's example about the boat: that if each hand oars faster then the other, the boat is going to turn round and round. Always moderation!!Knowledge and love are interconnected and there relation is intrinsic. For example one could hardly separate Platonic Knowledge from love and reason in that matter.

    leonha s marie:
Yes people are searching for you already and haha, as of now, you are being acknowledged,

  • Dancing Rivers

    Dear: The Fairy Marry Poppins
I did not exactly understand I apologize I have slow days. but if you talking about the word fine. It was referred to your manners not how you look in your avatar. and yes being fine and feeling fine are in a big contrast

    dear: leonha s marie
there are no reason to fear. I am mostly joking. Though you should consider it a great luck if that happen and those people find you. They never accept volunteers, they are looking for special people and if they find what they are looking, they descend on them like an eagle on a rabbit. and the rabbit would not even feel it. Then if it is you that they found, fasten you belt because you are going for the most unbelievable panorama of something that an ordinary people would never even come near to fathom in any shape or form.

  • -Choke-On-MY-Halo-

No I took it the way you meant it :) I was just joking and the words to my avatar are "If one day you can't find me, find me in the opportunities you lost" which is like me :)

  • ddavidd

    The Fairy Marry Poppins:
I am glad we understand each other.
haha try not to start you speech with the word no , people might misunderstand your purpose.

    leonha s marie:
about my personal experiences. I wish, mine are simple kind of artistic euphoria like Stendhal syndromes. Since childhood every once in a while I experience some stage of ecstasy for example by watching a good piece of painting, listening to a good piece of music, classical often, or poetry and movies, nothing like yours. But think of it, I might have a good story to tell . nothing spectacular but so weird. Maybe later. I am tired now.

  • -Choke-On-MY-Halo-

Lol I tend not to start my sentence or speech with the word "no" I personally don't like the word lol

  • Dancing Rivers

Ha ha so if the men in black come after me I should meet them with open arms!!? :-P hmmm that's actually interesting, I've had similar experiences, you get a sense of unexplained euphoria at the simplest things.it's like something completely absorbs your being and replaces every bit of sadness with this extreme happiness and you just want to laugh and dance and sing but you have no idea why :-P

  • ddavidd

Haha of course, the man in black are with good guys.
Do not take these seriously. I am being theatrical here.
If these people exist they come to get you in the heightened awareness that you have only subconscious memory of, and you wouldn't even notice. you just see them as new neighbors or coworkers....
These feelings now you describe are normal, not for the average Joe though but every sensitive artistic kind, more or less, almost experience them here and there. The other one, however, was a rare susceptibility. It is an extra sensory ability. Imagine you can hear in the world that no one could hear or as they say: "in the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king."
There are always a hidden meaning into every expression we have in our languages.

  • Dancing Rivers

Ha ha I would love their job (working to keep peace between earth and aliens) :-P

That would be kind of creepy though, it's like someone walking into the bathroom whilst you're bathing or sitting on the loo.perhaps it's better that I don't notice them then ha ha, would be a bit unnerving knowing consciously that someone walks around in my subconscious without my permission :-\
Imagine all the secrets they would discover!!!(gasp!!!) What an atrocity!!! :-P

Aaaahhh so I am fairly normal after all :-P hmmm...but what causes these moments of"heightened awareness"I wonder...?

  • Dancing Rivers

Yes, I've always believed that, it's why I've always questioned every saying I've ever heard (it's meaning and origin etc)

  • ddavidd

I tolled you this is the capacity of some people to go beyond what is ordinary, or at least being more exposed to that capacity.

It is so funny I was thinking something like this when I was about your age: What if the guru read my gay fancies?! Because I knew I was not gay but as any normal person the thought passed my conscience. But nothing is worst than that for the male egoistic pride. So as every man I was so violently trying to suppress them. I know for example if any male friend of mine,(or any other man) read this, he would find an occasion to farther supress that normal inclination in his psyche by constant affirmation and objecting, to himself, or loudly to others, that he did not ever had those inclinations and he is a 100% pure male spacemen. This is a mental mechanism that we use to sustain our world and our territory as individuals. But there are no individuals. We are all exposed to collective consciousness and to the eyes of the truth. Don Juan said: " We learn to think about everything, and then we train our eyes to look as we think about the things we look at."

  • Dancing Rivers

Hmmm...but what I'm curious to know, and I'm probably just being silly going round in circles with my questions, but, what causes some people to have this"heightened capacity for heightened awareness?"is it a mental thing, spiritual, experiential, physical...? And my question which I don't believe you answered is, can it be controlled and if so, how?

Hmmm..my mind is rater befuddled now as, I'm wondering if I'm interpreting your statement correctly in coming to the conclusion that though you had"egotistical fears"as to whether you were gay or not, however you are now 100% certain that you're not, am I correct...?

  • ddavidd

I really answered that but I know that answer do not satisfy you. I tolled you they are like extra sensory abilities. Like some people have sixth sense or more even like those who have four kidneys, very rare, but they are out there. Or like some people are born with two auras. In Mexico they call them Nagual or Nahual or guru (not every guru s is a nagual though). These people are one in a millions. They have extreme capacities though in the different ways sometime they seem too strong for other to handle, or too week even, for they tend to be so unusual sometimes.. Some of them are very out casted because their presence takes so much space, and that bothers the other people. They are like ugly duckling.

on the second part: No you got it all wrong. I was not explaining my personal life in order to than justify it for you. It is utterly absurd!! I was trying to show you the difference between who we really are and who we pretend to be, as you were worried those 'man in black' would read your privet or subconscious mind and were embarrassed by it.
Did you get the Don Juan Matus' quote? He was the nagual.

  • Everlasting

Leona, the answers that you seek are within you.

No matter how someone else will try to answer to your questions, their answers may not be entirely heard by you, because either, it's not time for you to understand them yet, or it could be, that even those who may try to answer them (your questions) may or may not know as to how to answer those questions because what each of us go through, it's not the same as what you or others go through.

Live life. Life is beautiful. Surround yourself with love. To what makes you grow as an individual that helps others grow. Write poetry. Poetry is mainly for spiritual growth. It's also for artistic purposes but at least to me is for spiritual growth. You could also create music, or do whatever means of expression that may work for you. Though, don't worry about finding the answers, those come when you least expect them. However, keep in mind to always be active in life. In living. In finding some type of balance. In the mean time, read, write, exercise, communicate, and pretty much live life...

  • ddavidd

I forgot about if you could control them part: After years of training and exercise. And not without the guru. Without the guru there is no game!!

And all those things everlastings said are good too, Listen to her if you want to live forever :) :)

  • Everlasting

Who on earth would like to live forever?
