looking for poem...wanted to add author to favs!

I read a great poem the other day, and I dont remember what it was called or who wrote it. I only know the beginning, of it...it went something like I wasnt really looking for anyone new, But one day I got an e-mail, and it was you. I thought Id found a heart so trye, that heart belonged to you...thats all I remember. If you know this poem, or the author PLEASE tell me so I can add them to my favs!!!!
