Advice Please

There's this guy at my school who i have a crush on and would like to ge tto know better. The thing is, i can never get him alone to just talk to one-on-one, and i'm really shy around large groups of people. Any suggestions?

If you can email him or write him a note or something like that, tell him you would like to meet him in private to talk. Try and get his number and call him or just get up the courage to walk up to him and be like hey we need to talk, alone. If none of those work then I have no clue.
