What the heck is going on???!

Pop-ups are all over each and every single member I know in PQ and it's frustrating! We might be commenting and due to a pop-up we couldn't click post.

Hey, Mori. I've heard the reason for the pop-ups are usually because of the internet carriers, not the sites? Don't know if that's the case here.... I don't have this problem but only due to having someone in my family install ad- blockers. Can you do the same or contact someone who's familiar with tech or computers?

It's possible but I'm in a government facility 24/7 (I'm in a government trade school) it has never done this before and I'm afraid to even comment since some times it's fine and I put the pop-up level blocking to max but it still keeps popping but thank you for trying to help ^-^

Your particular computer may have Malware, specifically ad-ware.

Thank you all for the advice...strangely the pop-ups are gone now o.o I think I scared them away with my horrible poetry!

They won't stay gone.
Follow Mark's advice or use AVG - another freeware.
Also, be very careful about clicking on links in various sites, especially those promising free stuff or exciting information. They often include ad-ware in the bundle.

Thanks Larry, I don't even like clicking adds they are too dumb for me to click, but thank you anyways.

*technically my hands are tied, quite literally in the whole setting up the no adds stuff. The computers here on campus the goverment controls I can't do anything to them. Quite sad really.
