Love, loss and resolution is the statement of PnQ this week. After too long an absence Angie shares a poignant and touching moment of her loss and love of her dying mother. Mark yields yet another bouquet to passion as discovered in a dawning light. Maddy stakes her ground while contemplating the stake to be driven in the heart of one well deserved.

Sun Kissed Angel Wings by Angie (10 points)
Although this poem is filled with grief, it has such beauty of remembrance as its main structure, which makes it more touching, rather than "sad" to read. The author has reminded us that when we lose someone so very close to us, we have to keep their memories alive, in order to remember them, and feel them. I think the author done such a realistic job with this subject, and to take such a small memory, and make it so big, again goes to show what we really miss when we lose someone. We never remember the material things, or money, it is the times we spent with them, and this poem emphasises this point greatly, and so movingly!

Sun Kissed Angel Wings by Angie (7 points)
This is a priceless sad poem that just did not ignore the silver lining of the darkest cloud I can imagine. There were so many things I could relate to that it was hard to hold back tears of joy and sorrow

Una Mattina by Senyru (10 points)
A perfect poem, by all means and aspects. The poem fulfills the main standards of a coherent poem, starting from imagery, to flow, to structure, to originality.
The closing line, had a huge impact, which why I'm starting by it, the desire in this poem worms into the heart of the reader.
The opening line is attention catching, the usage of bled to describe the scene is marvelous.
It's simply one of the best and richest poem written lately. This poet has got a lot of talent and potential.
Well done and thank you for sharing with us.

Una Mattina By Senyru (4 points)
Mark penned a nature delight here! Metaphoric elegance! I can't quite pinpoint a certain line that stands out, the entire poem left me speechless!
The power of nature and love are mixed in this poem from start to finish- BEAUTIFUL piece this week by Senyru!

Dew-Stained Silk by Adreamer (7 points)
The creativity within this piece drew me in, as well as the fight within the character. This character is not feeling too powerful at the moment, and compares themselves to a helpless fly, caught in a spider's web, however the tone of the poem implies that they are becoming stronger, and working towards getting to a better place in their life where they will be able to stand up for themselves and become powerful. The revenge is powerful. There is no greater revenge to an enemy than to become stronger from what they did to you.

Dew-Stained Silk by Adreamer (4 points)
Eye catchy title, simply yet creative poem. The plot of this poem gave it depth and moral.
The 1st verse is direct and shocking in positive way, instantly got us into the mood, and as you continued with your verses you went on creating a wider range of possibilities as how would this story poem come to an end, but I did not see your closing verse coming, it did get me by surprise to feel all these different emotions and end up with such a powerful rebellious tone, if I shall say.
Well written and well expressed. I loved your poem.

Star of the East by Kakera (10points)
This poem lead me on a journey with perfect flow, metaphors and imagery I related to so well

We Were Once Poets By Kakera (10 points)
    This piece is very powerful!
Kakera has worded this piece that makes my mouth drop!
I'm constantly amazed when an author can grace a poem with such creativity!
Each stanza is coated with wording that details the power of a poet!
Visual details of powerful words are colorized in this piece and that is one of the MANY reasons why it is my 10 choice this week!
"hoping that the light of our baptism
will exorcise the malice from all the demons
that we hide beneath our skin"
^^^ the above stanza made me fall out of my chair!
From start to finish I kept staying WOW! Enough said-

Carry on. by Prophecies In Kodak (7 points)
Beautiful imagery, flawless. The poet implied himself big way throughout the whole and entire poem.
Stressing on the 1st person, until the very last verse, when you show and express a different side of you/as the character, it was touching and deep how you reached the peak and set them free.
I was very fond of the internal rhyme.
Excellent word choice, excellent phrasing, excellent poem.

Yellow Words On A Blue Background By Melissa (7 points)
I have always admired Melissa's power of simplicity and elegance within her poetry and this week she melted me!
Her crafty wording however separates her from the rest in my opinion and I adore this poem!!
"dreams into tiny paper stars" ---------- sighs!
The message within is that of insecurities and the love and inspiration of another to dare the author to flourish and bloom... Pure elegance!! Love this!!

A Poem by Maple Tree (4 points)
This poem is short, but it holds a touching message which is a big part of the writer that we all know and love. My favourite thing about the poem is how Andrea managed to show her love for writing, the love for her husband, and how she will continue to connect them both together, and that her pen will never stop connecting her thoughts to paper. It is a beautifully penned poem.

    Ocean by Poetess (4 points)
The metaphors and romantic implied simile blended in a way the gave emotional strength to the repetitive waves of the poem adding to the imagery
