Poetry Initiation

Hello, Id like to know what sets off everyones idea for a poem. What brings that thought into play and continues it? Is there anything special anyone does to bring these ideas and thoughts into play? I have notice alot on here have trouble coming up with poems but id liek to ask those people, what set off the ideas in the first place of when you first started writing?

I like to call my ideas prophetic Loss because whenever they come, they seem like movies or story books as if im reading them from something but only in my mind. BEcause of the name i feel alot of my words are speaking truth for the future that maybe one day i would kill myself but i wouldnt care what anyone thinks. Thats only a theory of what might happen and only i can make that desicion.
