    I feel I am still passionate about writing , but I am not as restless as I used to be

    What are you passionate about? That is a very long story not quite finished

    Do you use your passion for the greater good?
    In my mind the greater good has use for me when I am humble

    Has there ever been a time where your passion became a double edged sword and got you into trouble?

    ...but for the grace of God I would be locked up or covered up

    I feel I returned to life in the fast lane when I experienced a mid life crisis around 9/11/01 which eventually slowed me down

    I am a passionate person but that's only on certain things like family, honor, and morality since those are the things I seem to envy the older generation they had that in abundance and nowadays it's just sh** in my opinon. I wish at times I had been born in a different era.

    Has my passions been my own sword to kill me?

    Certainly I have had to taste the metal-like feeling of it since those are things that not everybody has been breed with and it irritates me when I forget them at times so yes I will admit I have had to make my composer much more up-to-date on what I need to correct

    I'm passionate. Passionate about friendships, love, justice, human rights, animal rights, equality, the natural world, music, art, leaving a positive impact, etc.
    My boyfriend likes to tell me my passion gives me direction and purpose, but the truth is sometimes I stretch myself too thin by being passionate about too many things at once. I'm not good at prioritizing and I easily get overwhelmed by all the things for which I care deeply. Cue the panic attacks.

    Yes, I agree with Silvershoes; I'm extremely passionate about a lot of things - overly so. Sometimes it can be just a little piece of music; a passage in a book; a moment in a film etc but I find it affects me very deeply. I guess you have to be passionate to write moving poetry.

    Yes. I try not to take myself too seriously, but definitely competitive and enjoy a challenge.

    Yes, I'm very passionate both in my mind and my work
    In work I am most passionate about clients who have suffered and become permanent victims.
    In life I am passionate to explore and share experiences.
    At home I am passionate with Rosaura - which is the sharpest two-edged sword, as we argue like angry dogs.
    I believe that except for the fights.i strive to help.

    I'm the youngest of seven - you'd better believe I'm competitive.

    I'm a very passionate person. I am passionate about the ministries I am a part of (my full time job, Guatemala missions, Backpack Buddies [feeding hungry kids], serving meals to the homeless in my town, and now I'm leading a Bible study class coming this fall at my church).

    I'm REALLY passionate about marriages, and that's the focus of my class I'm leading soon. I've gone through some interesting trials in my marriage and I am hopeful that I am able to turn the bad choices I've made in the past into something that can show what God has done for Jason and I.

    I'm passionate about my spirituality, which isn't really a surprise. I shifted my passion from politics, that was clouding my mind and pulling me away from people, not bringing me to them.

    I'm competitive, but in sports and games, where you get a tangible win/loss. I'm not competitive in ministry, I don't strive to be better than anyone but who I was yesterday. I am passionate about living a healthy life, but I don't compete with others in fitness, I just try to be better than my past me.

    I use my passion to strive to be a better person and shift my focus there, on leaving a good mark on this world. Not saying anyone else doesn't, just mumbling.

    My passion gets me into trouble a lot.. I have to reel it in a bit and take my emotions out and ensure facts come in. I'm an over-emotional creature that has to be sure I'm not run by my feelings.

    Definitely... I'm mostly passionate about religion and science (both, not the relationship). I'm passionate about people (especially children) and I'm easily affected by those around me. I'm passionate about social issues and problems. I'm passionate about art in all it's forms and reading.

    Has there ever been a time where your passion became a double edged sword and got you into trouble?
    Maybe... when discussing controversal topics, and I tend to interfere in people's lives or the way they raise their children (which is a very very bad habbit that I try to keep to myself).

    Do you use your passion for the greater good?
    I guess... I teach, and I'm in a society for Islamic arts and our work goes to charity.

    most definitely, I'm most usually passionate about my two boys these days, outside of that it's usually those disadvantaged, impoverished, or treated unfairly and unjustly.......I'm also very passionate in my stance against alcohol and drug abuse, along with abortion.

    always, because I don't stand idly by nor do I bite my tongue.

    Do you use your passion for the greater good?

    I'd like to think so, especially dealing with the youth.

    What do you mean by passion?

    like some feeling that's sets aflame our hearts and this feeling won't stop until our hearts become ashes?

    If so, then I guess mine is waiting for a wind to rekindle that fire.

    Bob - two boys? Congrats! I've always admired your passion for youth and helping young boys along the way to becoming men.

    Luce - what a poetic answer, I love it! Passion is something different to everyone, I believe.

    Yes Britt , two boys now, Xavier is 4 will be five christmas day, he's tall and smart as hell, and Zachary is 2, will be 3 Jan. 14....he's the fighter and my trouble child, everyone that knew me as a child said I deserve him....lmao

    Kids are often karma from our own childhood. Maybe it's a good thing I don't have any, bwahah.

    valued and been made fun of so I decided lets not be

    I am passionate about justice and rooting out abuse of all kinds. It makes me sick to see children, women and animals being abused and treated unfairly. There is no excuse, ever, to harm any living creature on this planet, not even as retribution for what they did to you or society at large. When you execute a killer, you become one yourself, just for other reasons.
    The only way to change things is to start with being a loving person and to raise your own children with values that can change society for the better.

    I am not a competitive person, as I see cooperation as the way forwards.

    I am passionate about living a healthy life style. In my daily life I help people to eat better and exercise more and in the fall of 2016 I will also be a licensed chiropodist and help people to walk better by healing their foot problems.

    Last but not least, I am passionate about writing, as most of you are, lol! Peter Edwards and I have now completed the book we have been writing for two years and we are looking for a literary agent..to be continued;)

    I am passionate about art, about words, but probably not passionate enough to truly make something out of it. I feel like I'm only dreaming. My eyes will glow, my ears will perk up, at the sight of something beautiful, but I don't help the world in making it a more beautiful and artistic place. I don't share much as a real person, just somewhere hidden in an internet corner with a pseudonym that probably has no reach in this big big world. Most of the people I know don't truly know about my passions.

    My passions turns into problems when it becomes a distraction, when I put it in front of other tasks I'm supposed to do.

    Other than that, I'm passionate about being reasonable. It makes me feel conflicted because the world isn't black or white, there's too much grey in between. It makes me feel like a hypocrite because i have all of these big ideas, big values, which I can barely keep up with myself because I'm just a human after all.
