it's sad that i over protect my ex-gf cause i was scaryed she would get taken away from me... but in the end she still got taken away... cause i over protecting.. so is over protecting a good thing?

yeah, there's showing you care, and then there's threatening my b/f with any number of charges. My brother hates every single guy I try to date, and had it really out for this black guy I once went out with for awhile. He doesn't believe in interracial dating, and really hates black men with white girls. But he's family and actually a nice young man.

Never dated anyone like that, or if they were, they didn't voice it. Wouldn't mind if they were. I can be the jealous type too. Just annoying when my little brother tries to be the man of the house.

Yes and it can cause alot of problems. In a relationship it's smothering! I know I hate that feeling! When done to a child it only causes them to rebel. U have to let a person learn from their mistakes and that is what makes us who we are, Live and learn the best way to go.
