Is he using me

I have a boy friend who is in jail. i thought everything would be the same as always, but it turns out he has changes alot. he doesnt act the same at all. he keeps telling me that we need to put everything on hold for a while when he gets out. why not now, while he is there, why do i have to wait for him to get out just to break up with him and move on

I agree with you, why wait? If he knows he wants to put things on hold then, you should go ahead and put them on hold now.

He is in need of emotional support right now, but I dont think you should have to wait for him to break up with you or take a break. You arent in jail, you are as free as ever, and you should be out having fun with someone who appreciates you and isnt being 100% selfish. He isnt thinking about YOU at all, he is only thinking about what he wants and what is best for HIM. But you need to take care of YOU.

my boyfriend was also in jail for quite sometime...my boyfriend always told me i was what helped him so much when he was in jail...just picturing me made him a little happier....guys go thorugh so much emtions in jail...they have no freedom...but tell him...tell him how you feel..he needs to think about what he is saying...but do be patient...my boyfriend would probbaly be a wreck if he didnt have me...but yes...do take care of YOU...
