Help... please

Okay now i cut myself and a while back my cousin found out...she's only 11. well actually my whole family found out because i have some blabber mouth cousins that got into my journal and read what i had written which was about cutting myself. Well anyway she just told me that she had cut herself on purpose...i dont know what to tell her...can anyone help me think of something to tell her? Please post back i really need help with this. Thanks for reading

Not quite which would be pretty bad telling her not to do it when i still do it...im trying to stop though i was doing fine up until 2 days ago

If you have - show her how its helped you by giving up, be there for her if she wants to chat about her problems.

If you haven't - well maybe you should consider really trying, you could try together, because it is effecting more than yourself.

If she's not addicted to cutting yet just try and help her. Be there for her. I don't know what else to say. Hope things work out xxx

Thanks violet...as far as i know she's only done it once or twice... i try to talk to her bout her problems...im there everytime she needs someone to talk to i just dont think im enough to make her stop

yeah...she's the type of person who would want attention no offense to her or anything but she's always doing stuff for attention.

Well ok, my mum works with depressed people, and if its for attention you shouldn't make a big deal out of it, 'coz she'll think it works. But don't just ignore it completely, make sure she knows your there for her.
