What are you going to change in regards to the gun laws?......have you seen the interviews from the people who have known all the killers......almost all of them were regarded as upstanding citizens who could legally pass a background check, so again what laws do you suggest, statistics prove that those communities with a licence to openly carry or conceal law have less and less gun violence then those communities with stricter gun laws....I'm all for the profiling of anyone applying for ownership of firearms, and the mental status of that person should also be included within that profile, but other than that what can you really do other than making it law that only certain guns can be purchased by certain people. Please keep in mind that there are people who know how to turn any gun with a clip into a fully automatic weapon, just by removing a pin, and this includes handguns as well.....I don't think acts of terrorism can be prevented, 1. because they are heavily financed, 2. because they can happen anywhere even with the tightest of security and 3. they don't care about morals, principles, rules or whatever, if their mission is to kill as many people as possible they will achieve it one way or another, with or without guns......so yeah, I'm all ears......and when you're done talking about this, let's talk about what country has the highest teenage suicide rate, and abortions since we've totally disregarded a lot of the information that has been given concerning the land mass of the U.S. , the population, the training of many people to protect those other developed countries that can't protect themselves fully.....you can say what you want, if the U.S. didn't have guns, most of you would be speaking German.......and I'm not even a gun lover |

I suspect that the NRA is behind the rhetoric of comparing the number of citizens who have died in mass shootings in presidential terms . Bush Junior had a relatively low amount because jets were used in senseless killings rather than high tech assault weapons . The gun lovers that would not think of letting a nine year old pilot a commercial jet might take their nine year old to a place called "Burgers and Bullets" and let an instructor put a military designed weapon in their hands just for fun |
