Please can you give me feedback on this poem

I'm really keen to improve my funny poetry and I feel that this is a funny poem but I could see how some people may not find it funny. Am really interested in getting feedback so I can see if I'm going in the right direction in my comedy writings

Where Did You Go

Stuff that cheese burger in your mouth
that stomach is slowly moving south
Leave those bristles on your chin
it will hide your un-beguiling grin

Scrape greasy hair across your head
to cover your slowly balding spread
Go to work with your body smelling
with luck you'll not be too repelling

Come home late singing football songs
wearing some woman's lacy thongs
Puke up on the neighbours car
Then collapse outside the local Spar

You used to be Gods gift to women
but then you were always very willing
An Adonis handsome and oh so cool
now you sit around and play the fool

All of these things I don't mean at all
Just possibilities seen in crystal ball
Take control don't let behaviour slip
Or on your life you'll lose your grip

When did you change to Mr Crappy
What happened to my Mr Happy
Go away sort out your life
then you can come back to your wife
