Cry for help

Please could any member tell me if there is any way to retrieve a poem that became lost, without first submitting?

If it logged you out, sometimes you can log in and press the back button... but not always.

Always be sure to never post directly to PnQ.. always copy it or have a backup somewhere. So sorry this happened! :(
